Privacy and Security:
After completing your reservation on our website BestFareMate you get an acknowledgement email which is not confirmation of the purchase but you will receive another email within next 2 hrs from one of our representative who will send you the flight information that you selected and ticket number and receipt of the payment. In case the fare you selected and paid for is no longer available you will get a call from our representative and he/she will assist you with the alternate options. If you will not agree to those in that case complete money will be refunded to you without any deduction of service fee. All fares are not guaranteed until ticketed.
Airlines may change the schedule or cancel a flight without advance notice. We always advise customers to call the airlines directly at least 24 hrs prior to the departure of your journey. Airlines are responsible of accommodating passengers in case of major schedule changes. Airlines must put you on the next available flight or refund you the amount paid for the ticket.
BestFareMate reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the services. Further we preserve the right to amend any and all fees from time to time, without notice.
We may also charge a fee for the service provides when you book and/or reserve travel services, or accommodations through our Site (www.bestfaremate.com). In addition, you (user) will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, & assessment arising out of your use of the products and services available from the Site. The user shall request us for any refunds and would accordingly be processed as per the defined policies of BestFareMate and business partners as the case may be.
Cancel & Exchange:
User warrant to abide by The Terms Or Conditions of purchase imposed by any Travel Service Provider, whether that Travel Service Provider(TSP) is chosen by user(s) or by us, including, but not limited to, transactions when due and compliance with the Travel Service Provider's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, and/or services. All airline tickets are 100% non-refundable but in certain cases where the Airline/Travel Service Provider may allow cancellations, a credit may be valid towards a future ticket purchase by the same traveler with travel on the same airline. TSP may impose an applicable penalty and a fare difference (if any) in cancellation related cases. Please note that we do not guarantee any cancellation. User(s) will have to the pay fare difference (if any) plus applicable TSP penalties for that fare and BestFareMate exchange fee. User(s) shall be solely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, & assessments arise out of the use of this Site. We encourage User(s) read our Refunds Policy and Change Policy when User(s) wish to either cancel or exchange the tickets.
Cancel and Refund:
Please note that All of our airline tickets and service fees are non-refundable, non-endorsable and non-changeable. But if passenger(s) own Trip protection insurance then they may be eligible for refundable process. For this, passenger(s) will need to contact our insurance company directly.
Credit Card Authorization:
After you submit your request online on our website we will take it as an approval from your end to charge your payment for the tickets. In some cases you might get a verification call and after the verification only the tickets will be issued. If in case under the verification process the fare expire it will completely customer responsibility to pay the increase in the price and tax difference. It is our guarantee that we will only charge your credit card for the amount quoted however your total charge may be broken down in to several different amount but be rest assured that total charges on your credit card will never exceed the total amount quoted to you. Until and unless payment is not charged the tickets are not confirmed. We advise our customer to submit correct information online while booking the ticket as that will help us to communicate the message quickly and instantly. For International bookings to protect our customers we perform a credit card verification check and then only card is charged. If the verification will not be successful in that case we will consider it as a fraud transaction and your reservation will be cancelled. For some destination due to international travel rules we might not accept payment by card In that case you need to deposit money under company's account and once we receive the deposit then only tickets will be issued.
Baggage Policy and Fees:
User(s)/ you agree to pay for certain services and/ or if you exceed certain limits as dictated by the airline, such as the number of bags or weight allowed. If you have excess baggage, you have to pay any excess baggage fee assessed by each airline. Please note some airlines do not always offer a free baggage allowance, so we recommend you to contact the airline directly for the latest fees on check baggage & policy. Baggage fees depend on the size and weight of the bag and also per checked bag. In case of connecting flights, passenger(s) may have to reclaim their bag(s) at the connecting airport and check-in again to continue their journey.
Different airlines have different rules for unaccompanied minors. It is your responsibility to advise us if the child/minor is traveling alone (anyone under the age of 18). If your child/minor is traveling alone, we suggest that you book by calling us on our phone number. If you fail to advise BestFareMate about unaccompanied minor, you may be denied boarding. BestFareMate charges $50 service fee each way on top of the fee charged by the airlines for unaccompanied minors. In some cases, you may have to pay for the adult fare even if the unaccompanied minor is a child. Some airlines do not allow the minors to fly alone on some of their flights even if you pay the unaccompanied minor fee.

Submission to Jurisdiction; GOVERNING LAW The rights of the parties here under shall be governed by laws of the State of Arizona, USA. This is an agreement that you agree in writing or as described in the mandatory arbitration provision below, any claims made will be dealt legally as per the law of State of Arizona, USA. Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year from the date on which such claim arose or accrued.
Charge backs and Credit card disputes:
The customer agrees not to dispute the processing fee, airline ticket charge or fare adjustment if BestFareMate abides by the terms and conditions of the airlines and this agreement. If you made a booking on BestFareMate and did not receive notification of ticketing it is your responsibility to contact us. If the customer attempts a chargeback on a non-refundable airline ticket, service fee or a fare adjustment that meets the terms and Conditions of the airline and this agreement; the customer agrees to refund the full amount of the chargeback plus a $250 penalty for the inconvenience and accounting fee. In cases where the customer attempts a fraudulent chargeback, the customer will be responsible for the cost required to initiate legal proceedings in order to recoup the potential loss imposed by the customer.
